Bakery Order Form
Please only use this order form if you are local to Wyoming, NY and would like to place an order for baked goods.
Upon filling out this form you will receive a text or phone call to confirm order, any details, and a pick up time. All orders must be picked up from 30 Sherman Ave, Wyoming NY 14591 within the agreed upon time frame.
Orders that are not picked up within the timeframe or canceled within 24 hours of pick up time frame will not be refunded.
